Our facility is available for community, nonprofit, ministry, and family-friendly events that align with the mission and values of Hope Community Church.  We’re happy to help determine if your event is a good fit. 

Room capacities range from approximately 10–1,500 people. Please include your estimated guest count on the request form so we can recommend the best space for your event.

To help us care for our space and ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please note the following: 

  • No alcohol is permitted anywhere on campus.  Food is permitted in most spaces. 
  • Nothing may be taped, nailed, stapled, or otherwise attached to walls, doors, windows, or fixtures. 
  • Rooms must be returned to the same condition and layout as when you entered. This includes furniture placement, cleanliness, and removal of all food, decorations and personal items. 
  • Access to the space is limited to your confirmed reservation time. Early entry or extended use is not permitted. 
  • Reservation times must fall within the building’s open hours.  

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional fees or impact future rental approval. We appreciate your partnership in caring for our facility. 

Our facilities team will have the space set up for you as requested when you arrive.  Renters are responsible for making sure the room is in the same condition when you leave. This includes returning furniture to its original condition and layout and removing decorations. 

Room rentals range from $25–$100 per hour and may include additional fees for items or services such as tables, tablecloths, technology use, scoreboard use, and technical staff, if applicable. 

  • Rental time is booked in half-hour increments with a minimum reservation of 1.5 hours. 
  • Payment is due during the month your event occurs and may be paid via Square or check. If paying by check, you can turn in your check the day of the event. Cash will not be accepted. 
  • An invoice will be sent to the email address provided on your rental request form. 

You will receive a quote after your request is reviewed. 

In cases of severe weather or building closure, staff will communicate directly with renters regarding changes or cancellations.  We will work with you to reschedule your event. 

Yes. Please notify us as soon as possible if your plans changeCancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellation policies may apply depending on timing.
