Preschool - coach
Time commitment: 2 hours each week
Description:
- This role serves as a shepherd/leader of age-level small group leaders
- Leads Huddle and Prays with team (30 minutes prior to serve)
- Greets Leaders and encourages them
- Leads classroom
- Shares the mission, vision, and values of the ministry
- Shares best ways of shepherding kids
- Connects with small group leaders periodically (postcards and phone calls, not exclusively email)
