Administrative volunteers assist with a myriad of church administrative
needs--data entry, filing, stuffing envelopes, phone calls, copying,
bulk mailings, bulletin stuffing, and various other office and
ministry needs. Sometimes individuals simply give staff members
valuable help "as needed." Contact Mary Ann Sibley to
volunteer at maryanns@gethope.net
or 532.0620.

Rotating with other volunteers, this opportunity requires a regular
weekly commitment in manning the downstairs guest services kiosk during
regular office hours (9:00 AM-5:00 PM). Volunteers offer a minimum
of at least two hours one day (or more) per week as they greet
guests, direct mail and other deliveries, and act as the smiling
face of Hope to guests who enter our facility daily. To volunteer,
contact Mary Ann Sibley at maryanns@gethope.net
or 532.0620.

Men are asked to volunteer their time on a rotating basis at
the Guest Services kiosk during evening hours when events and activities
are underway at Hope. A monthly or weekly rotation allows for
consistent scheduling. Volunteers greet guests, direct them to
the appropriate location or event, provide general information
as needed, and act as the eyes and ears of Hope during scheduled
evening hours. To volunteer, contact Mary Ann Sibley at maryanns@gethope.net
or 532.0620.
