Buddy Ministry (through Wake County Human Services)
Our Buddy Ministry is focused on serving children in need within our community. We partner with Wake County Human Services (WCHS) to provide children with important items they need throughout the year including items needed during the summer in order for them to attend camp, school supplies to prepare them for the beginning of a new school year and warm weather clothes as the temperatures drop.
During these three times a year we distribute name tags listed with items needed by children here in Wake County. The first two weekends we distribute the tags (before, during & after all services). We then collect the items back over the second and third weekends and deliver the supplies to WCHS during the week.
