Hope HSM (High School Ministry) has a vision to REACH THE TRIANGLE AND CHANGE THE WORLD! This is a big vision and can only be accomplished if we join together as high school students, leaders and parents to love students where they are and encourage them to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
This is why our primary goal is to partner with parents to foster growth and development of high school students in five key areas that Hope has identified: LIVE what you learn, GIVE of your resources, SERVE where you are gifted, SHARE your story, and CONNECT with others.
Our process is simple …
- Love students where they are & encouraging them to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ
- Create irresistible environments that are safe for students to explore who they are in Christ as well as discover their gifts & engage in their purpose.
- Connect students with leaders who will invest in them throughout their lives
HSM does not meet during the weekend services. Instead our HSM students are encouraged find places to serve where they are gifted.
We want students to get connected with an HSM Small Group where they will begin to experience true community and accountability as they learn to do life together. Our midweek HSM small groups are designed as a place for students to explore God’s amazing love while learning more about who He has called them to be. Small groups are the best way to find connection and community with others going through some of the same things as you. It’s through small groups where we connect students with adult leaders who will invest in them as well as build bridges to better partner with parents.
- Tuesdays – 7-9pm: Holly Springs/Middle Creek/Fuquay House
- Wednesdays – 7-9pm: Green Hope/Panther Creek House, Apex House, Athens/Raleigh House, Cary House
On the first Wednesday of every month, we invite all of our small group students as well as their friends to gather together in one place for an experience we called PULSE. Pulse was created to be a place for High School students to discover that they were created by God, for God, and therefore they matter to God. No matter where students are in their spiritual journey, from checking God out to following him with everything they are, this is a place for high school students to explore who God has called them to be and experience him in a powerful way!
