College

Hope College Fellowship (HCF) is about loving college-age people where they are, and encouraging them to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

How do we do this? From our weekly meetings, small groups and other trips there are a variety of ways you can get involved.

Read below to find out more and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Brett Durham, College Pastor.

747

What? A place where students can come to meet other college students, participate in authentic worship and see how God's truth is relevant to their daily lives.
When? Tuesday nights from 7:47pm-9:15pm.
Where? Room 201 at the Crossroads Campus.
What’s up with the name? In Luke 7:47 Jesus says that the woman loved much because she had been forgiven much. At 747 we want to be followers of Jesus who radically love Him because we know that we have been forgiven of our many sins. We love much because we've been forgiven much.

747 @ NCSU! On the third Tuesday of every month* through April, we will be having 747 at NC State in Carmichael 104!  If you are a State student, you've got no excuse to not be there.  For those that are not students at NCSU, please park only in the designated areas.  We will start at the same time as usual.

* For January ONLY, we will have 747 on January 24th, which is the 4th Tuesday of the month.

Small Groups

We believe that Small groups are where we can really see the most growth.  It’s a place for authentic relationship and gives us the opportunity to work out what we believe with others our age and with others who can help us understand truth better.

We’ve got several small groups all over the Triangle area for people to be involved in.  We have small groups for early birds or night owls, Weekends or weekdays, males, females or co-ed, on campus or off campus.  Need more information or ready to get involved? Contact Brett Durham.

Trips

We believe authentic relationships matter and we want to help cultivate those relationships with each other and to spur each other on to love and good deeds. HCF retreats are an opportunity for college-age people to get away and spend time growing with each other, learning from God’s Word, and worshipping God away from the same old routine.

Our most attended trip is the Passion conferences, which have taken place in Atlanta, GA the last few years, and will be in Atlanta again in 2013.  For more information on this conference you can go to 268generation.com.

Missions

It is our goal to go and make disciples of ALL nations.  We want to Love and serve God by loving and serving people all around the world.  Currently HCF partners with Urban Hope Training center in Philadelphia, helping those in the Urban areas of Philadelphia.  We take trips there each year in the Spring and the Fall.  We also partner with Hope for Haiti Foundation and will take our first trip there in the summer of 2012.  Spots are limited on each of our Global Hope Trips, so if you are interested please contact Brett for more information.
