Created by Andy Stanley, this class is ideal for those who want to learn how to better manage their resources and those seeking God’s truth about finances. Balanced is filled with insightful perspectives and practical exercises to build a biblical foundation for just about every aspect of your finances.
Each of the six class sessions includes a video segment from Andy Stanley, group discussion and practical application case studies. Balanced is also a great curriculum for Home Groups.
At the completion of this program you will:
- understand what it means to be financially balanced.
- know how to apply biblical principles for managing money to your life today.
- examine what you really believe about finances and faith.
Topics covered include:
- What does the Bible say about money?
- What is your primary objective when it comes to your personal finances?
- Can you survive without debt?
- Should you spend, save, or give the “extra” money you have?
- Are you content with what you have?
- Are you giving God your leftovers?

Are you looking to get plugged in but are not sure where to start? Hope has a series of foundational classes that we encourage everyone to go through.
A two hour class led by Founding Pastor Mike Lee that explores the unique vision, mission and values of Hope, as well as our history and the fundamentals of our doctrine.
A comfortable environment where you can ask tough questions about the heart of our faith and receive honest, biblical answers. We recommend that you complete the Discovery class before signing up for Core.
