Child
Dedication Service
September
21 (deadline is September 7)
The
service will be held at 10:15-10:45 AM in the Chapel upstairs.
Plan
to celebrate Child Dedications at a special service.
Parents are encouraged to invite friends and family to attend
the special dedication service. Pastor Mike will share
some information from the Bible on raising kids to know and
love God, then we will celebrate this event with refreshments.
Please find the Child Dedication brochure at the Nursery Starry
Streets registration counter and turn
in the form to participate by placing it in a KidCity mailbox
or an offering box. We will contact you and
confirm your family will participate and ask that you email
photos for inclusion in a slide presentation. For more information,

KidCity
First Step Class - September 28th
First
Step is a unique presentation through which parents and their
children (K-5th grade) can learn what it means to have a personal
relationship with Jesus Christ. Families are welcome to attend
to find out what every child needs to know about sin, Jesus,
faith, heaven, and baptism. The First Step Class is a prerequisite
for all children to be baptized at Hope. RSVP to Laura
Lee - 532.0620 x106 by Monday, September 22.
KidCity
Baptisms - TBD
All children (K-5th grade) who have made
a decision to follow Christ and would like to be baptized are
invited to participate in this special service. You will share
this experience during the adult worship services. Contact
Laura Lee - 532.0620
x106 to sign up and/or ask questions.
All those
who have chosen to make a public profession of their faith with
baptism need to fill out the KidCity Baptism Registration Form
below and must attend the First Step Class. (see above)
