WELCOME
Children are greeted at their individual classrooms
by their Leaders. Activities that
introduce the theme of the day are in place.
LARGE GROUP
ENVIRONMENT
Children participate in a large group environment
with meaningful times of praise and worship and the presentation
of a Bible story using creative teaching, drama, video and
art. All these types of media help solidify the day’s
point.
Our
age level goals are:
K/1st—
God wants me to become His Forever Friend and love
others
2nd/3rd—
God’s Word is true and relevant to my life
4th/5th—
God wants me to stand firm in my faith and make
right decisions
SMALL GROUP ENVIRONMENT
Kids move into small groups where the Small Group
Leaders build a relationship with the children through discussion,
activities, and prayer. Each of these activities are centered
around "the point" of the Bible story for that
particular week and the Bible Verse is reinforced.
JOIN A SMALL
GROUP
We have the incredible privilege, as authentic Christ
followers, of representing Jesus and modeling what it means
to be a follower of Christ to children each week. Kids are
greatly influenced by adults who believe in them, encourage
them, and guide them. So, Small Group Leaders commit to
stay with a group of children to care for them, know them,
disciple them, and help them become more like Christ. We
provide a Gold Group for guests and infrequent attendees
at each service and regular small groups for our frequent
attenders.elem5th
If you would like
your child to be a part of a regular small group and not
in a Gold Group you need to pick a regular service time
to attend and fill out the attached registration form.
